Dr. Billie Forehand Cosgrove, M.D.

Dr. Cosgrove has lived in Wilmington for most of her life. After being in a local group practice for 4 years, she founded Carolina Dermatology in 2003.

Dr. Michael D. Sullivan, M.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Sullivan was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He moved to North Carolina for medical school and residency, then chose Wilmington to reside and practice. He joined Dr. Cosgrove in 2004.
